You've arrived at the ultimate destination in Lawrenceville, GA. Showcasing two beautiful, private neighborhoods joined together by common goals, strong family values and an appreciation for quality of life, North Cliff features easy access to Lawrenceville's County Seat resources, with downtown Lawrenceville's eclectic collection of antique shops and restaurants just minutes away. Nestled amidst an aesthetically appealing landscape of rolling hills, North Cliff seems far from civilization, yet is just a 30-minute drive from midtown Atlanta.
Home to approximately 300 families within its two neighborhoods of The Falls at North Cliff and The Summit at North Cliff, this close-knit, family-oriented, swim/tennis community is served by a mandatory homeowners association, restrictive Covenants, and a dedicated Board of Directors who volunteer their time and efforts to maintaining the community in good financial health, enforcing strict architectural control to enhance market values, and keeping you informed of important community news, issues, and events.
North Cliff is currently in the Archer Cluster of Gwinnett County Schools. Students from kindergarten to 5th grade will attend Lovin Elementary located at 1705 New Hope Road in Lawrenceville. Sixth through eighth graders will attend McConnell Middle School, located at 550 Ozora Road in Loganville, and ninth to twelfth graders will attend Archer High School, located at 2255 New Hope Road in Lawrenceville. For more information, visit the Gwinnett County Schools website at http://www.gwinnett.k12.ga.us.
North Cliff's outstanding amenities include a Junior Olympic swimming pool, a children's wading pool, an expansive sundeck, and a shady arbor, as well as two lighted tennis courts, a children's playground, a bright, airy clubhouse for community functions and private parties, an open-air pavilion with fireplace for year-round activities, and two convenient parking lots. Through our Social Committee--a group of enthusiastic and hard-working volunteers from both communities--you'll also enjoy a year-round calendar of social activities and community events.
